The Hell's Half Complex fire is now 100 percent contained. Firefighters from all over the nation have worked for over a month to contain the fire.
The demobilization of some crews will continue for the next few days with some remaining to patrol and mop-up the fire area. On Wednesday, July 30th, the management of the fire area will be transferred from Southern California Interagency Incident Management Team One to the Six Rivers National Forest fire management staff.
Firefighters will continue fire activity repair work along the fireline. Repair work may include repairing fences, removing flagging, constructing water bars, and removing berms created by fireline construction. They also will collect hose, supplies, and other equipment.
